Science has always been more than a profession for me it is a passion that inspires
innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning. My journey in the field of
chemistry began with a deep curiosity about how scientific research can improve
everyday life and contribute to society through quality, safety, and technological
advancement.
After completing my Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry in 2012, I gained valuable industry experience by working in the analytical testing sector. These years strengthened my technical knowledge and inspired me to establish RADVOCKS LABORATORIES & RND CONSULTANCY (OPC) PVT. LTD. on 17th February 2017, with a vision of creating a trusted laboratory that delivers reliable testing services and meaningful research solutions.
One of our proudest milestones has been achieving NABL Accreditation, a recognition that reflects our commitment to quality, technical competence, and continuous improvement. Successfully completing multiple NABL assessments has strengthened our confidence and reinforced our dedication to maintaining the highest standards in laboratory testing.
Today, I am privileged to lead a dedicated team of seven highly skilled and committed professionals who work tirelessly to ensure accurate, dependable, and timely testing services. Together, we have proudly served more than 150 satisfied customers across various industries, earning their trust through quality, integrity, and customer-focused service.
My passion for research has also been recognized beyond the laboratory. I had the opportunity to participate in the IIT Bombay Poster Symposium, where I received an appreciation certificate, further motivating me to pursue innovation and scientific excellence.
RADVOCKS LABORATORIES is much more than a business it is the realization of a dream that I shared with my father, Dr. Ramesh Ghadage, an accomplished scientist and my greatest inspiration. He earned his Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, completed his research fellowship in France in 1997, and was awarded 35 national and international patents for his remarkable scientific contributions. His dedication to research, innovation, and scientific excellence continues to guide every step of our journey.
From conducting research projects together at home to building a NABL-accredited laboratory, his values and vision remain the foundation of RADVOCKS. Every achievement of our organization is a tribute to his legacy and an inspiration for our future.
